Hi guys. I need some help here.My laptop is asking for a Bitlocker recovery key and I can't access it. The only ms account I have doesn't have an recovery keys.Is there a way I can find the Bitlocker recovery key using the recovery ID and the desktop details?If not, is there a way I can back up my files before I change the hard disk?
