my g: connection file isnt working right

when my g: file became faulty or something i tried to double click it. it gave me an error message that implied that double clicking meant restoring/reconnecting it. the message btw said: an error occured while reconnecting to g: to \\intern.hoglandet.se\dfsmicrosoft windows network: the network path cant be found. connection has not been restored. ive tried to disconnect the pc from connection, restarting it and even restarting the wifi router yet the same thingt just keeps happpening. strangely enough on the wifi menu it says: connected, secure (all translated from swedish btw)
