Need to DISABLE onboard bluetooth Windows 11 to use bluetooth dongle. NOT TURN OFF BLUETOOTH

I am using Parallels via my Macbook M4 Pro, macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 to run windows. I need to disable the onboard bluetooth in Windows in order to use an ASUS BT500 bluetooth dongle to connect to a medical device. This worked previously on my older mac with Windows 10. I've disabled all of the choices I'm given and it doesn't work. The choices are-Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI), Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and Microsoft LE Enumerator. Multiple articles have advised to disable Intel Wireless Bluetooth but I don't have that option! Help!
