Same windows error message when attempting to run many different apps and programs, including MS Word.

All of a sudden, I am not able to run many software applications, including MS Word. I have Win 11 on a Dell and have never had this issue. Here is an example of the error window I get when trying to open MS Word: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar\Word.Ink'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." There is a similar error window when trying to open the Dymo App, MS Excel, SixBit listing App, etc. I can access MS Office apps like Word & Excel if I open the Office icon.
