windows 11 Black lines at the bottom of my screen

Today my monitor got disconnected. I reconnected it just fine by wiggling the power wire, but when it turns on, the display resolution was wrong and all stretched. I fixed it just fine by going to the settings, but now there are black lines at the bottom and sides of my screen. When I wiggled the wire again, and the black lines have gotten smaller and is now only at the bottom of the screen with the display being very "moved up", but im afraid to do more than that.I have a Lenovo monitor, im not sure what type because I can't check it, but it's the one that has the Novo Vision. I tried to acce
