"Activate Windows" Watermark on Already Active Windows

I asked about this already maybe two weeks ago and received some help, however it did not resolve the issue satisfactorily.I own Windows, I have been running Windows 11 on this PC for a few years without this issue, and suddenly I have the "Activate Windows" watermark, for no reason. Support told me to use the original CD I bought for Windows 11 to reactivate Windows. I just found the CD to do so, and during the install it says it will delete everything off my PC, and I cannot choose any other option during that step. Delete everything off of my three hard drives to get rid of a watermark I sh
