Internet is extremely slow after Windows 11 24H2 update

I'm really frustrated because my internet speeds were fast prior. I installed the update before and it gave the slow speeds so I restored my PC before the update and everything was fine again. My PC crashed and somehow windows decided to force the update and now I can't seem to restore my PC back. What the hell?! I've looked online to updating drivers and haven't found a solution as they have led to dead ends.
