Can someone help me to restore my windows

My pc running windows 10 pro was coming up with a blank bsod eventually I got the code 0xc0000185 so I've downloaded windows 10 installation media followed a thew threads too and got nowhere ive tried dism clean up image command, SFC scan now , chkdsk /r which says my hard drive is now write only when i go to system restore it it says to use system restore you must specify which windows installation to restore Restart this computer select an operating system and then select system restore
