How is it possible for someone to hack into my secure wi-fi network?

Good morning everyone, for the second time last night my printer printed (by activating itself) documents concerning a tenant in another apartment building where I live. The printer is connected via Wi-Fi on a network with a password. I cannot understand how this is possible. Today I will change the password, but if I cannot give a rational explanation for the incident I will have the doubt that these "infiltrations" can happen again, because even now my network has a password (the one assigned by the operator and printed on the router) and yet it was not enough
