Why is Win11 version 24H2 update showing me that my pc currently doesnt meet system requirements and stops at 8%?

Hello good peopleI own HP Zbook laptop with Win 11 PRO, i5 12600HX, 32gb ram, secure boot on. All previous updates are installed and pc health and state is perfect. I am stuck with win update 24H2, as every time it gets to 8% it stops and throws out error message "This pc doesnt currently meet Windows 11 system requirements." --- And below "We couldnt update the system reserved partition."Any help is welcome.
