bluetooth seems completely disabled. Its not showing on/off toggle button. How to start it again

bluetooth suddenly not working. I updated bluetooth driver. I don't get it how it went off. Its not showing even the toggle on/off. Its not showing in the action bar also , the right one at the corner of the screen. How to update the bluetooth ?
