Not sure if files are still on my computer and not just OneDrive

I'm almost sure that in the past my files were in my Documents folder on my computer. Not the one where OneDrive is part of the path, but the one under my username in the C drive. Now they seem to be only in the folder on my computer under OneDrive. The Documents folder under my username is completely empty. Other folders including Music, Pictures, and Videos aren't just empty, but no longer exist at all under my username.I have all my files set to "Always keep on this device," and they still all have the solid green check mark (in the OneDrive version of the Documents folder on my computer).F
