I've bought a (new) Win11 laptop but HOW can I transfer 'everything' including SETTINGS from my (current) Win10 laptop??

I've bought a (new) Win11 laptop but HOW can I transfer 'everything' including SETTINGS from my (current) Win10 laptop??All the information (that I've found) regarding using 'the cloud' seems to make reference to photos and other such folders but does not specify only (or as well) the SETTINGS e.g. WiFi settings, passwords, e-mail information etc.
