After installing 24H2 windows 11 update windows is not activated.

I purchased my laptop in December 2023 from a well known UK online seller with windows 11 pro OEM. After the update of 24H2 windows was inactivated. Using cmd: slmgr -dli showed I had a Enterprise windows licence. I could not re-activate windows. I used a generic pro key to get back to Windows Pro.I no longer have the box nor a sticker with key on the laptop. I found two different product keys:the original using cmd: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKeyBackupProductKey in registryNeither work when I try to activateWhen I use the activation troubleshooter it says "there
