Dell Laptop not booting Windows 11 anymore. Multiple fixes tried.

Laptop: Dell G3 3590 CPU: Intel i7-9750H GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1660 Ti (Mobile Max-Q) RAM: 2x16GB Crucial DDR4 3200MHz SSD: PC SN520 NVMe WDC 256GB OS: Windows 11 Boot Mode: UEFI Secure Boot: On PTT: On UEFI: PC SN520 NVMe WDC 256GB, Partition 1 So this all started the other day when I shut down my laptop. There was an application/service running that was preventing my laptop from shutting down, so I clicked the option to "Shut Down Anyway" (I unfortunately didn't properly see what the application was).
