Unable to use USB DVD Roms on Windows 10

Hi there! I've been struggling with my current Win10 and my MANY DVD/CD Drives that I want to use. Since I don't have any more SATA ports left, I'm using USB-SATA Adapter, which really works fine with everything. But there's one slight problem... DVD drivers are completely unusable under NO circumstances. I tried updating all the drivers I have, checked BIOS/UEFI for any troubles, updated some files in REGEDIT, did the same thing in powershell, but nothing works on me. Symptoms: Disk is plugged into USB (every single port is tested and working), disk shows up in "My Computer", but when I inser
