Hello!I have a problem with all of my applications. So basically if i double click on an app(mostly in games) it jumps and ruins the gameplay. Idk whats the problem and idk how to solve it PLS HELP!Heres a vide that shows what is my problem: https://imgur.com/2sBWFkEi

double clicking on the app and the tray icon goes crazy if i do it with a fullscreen app it jump down then back up and idk why my pc doing this.
