I can't play microsoft games - it takes over 10 minutes to reach the game and it still doesn't come on.I couldn't do a virus scan because after 5 hours I gave up - it stalled at 14%Opening my browser takes several minutes - opening microsoft to add this questions took a while too and then it told me I didn't have internet - which was and is ridiculous.Everything is taking longer and stalling. I've been a customer for over 10 years and gone through 3 laptops and this has never happened before. Microsoft - What have you done?All my enjoyment using my laptop has been taken away. Time to go wit
