Internet and Network issues and MMC could not create snap in.

Hello, I am having an issue with both my network and device manager. When it comes to network I am unable to connect to wifi as the wifi button is missing and when I try to access it through ‘Network and Internet’ the window instantly closes. When I open device manager I get the error message ‘MMC could not create snap in.’thanks for the help!
