My windows 11 PC is acting weird

Hello all, I don't know if this is the right place to ask how ever I have had my PC for about 2 years now and in these 2 years it hasn't had much of an issue how ever lately I've been playing games with my friends and repletely and randomly my PC keeping freezing up for a few seconds then returns to normal. I went to check my task manager and noticed my SSD kept going from around 10% load to instantly 100% for the duration of my freeze. After checking that and noting down that I noticed my Nvidia overlay also crashed as well as my entire taskbar. I have look up the issue before this and I have
