Self Build keeps crashing when under a little load 2 years since built it

I have a Windows 11 pc that I built on my winter break 2022. I got the parts for christmas and the pc has been work well science I bult it. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem but a few weeks ago I cleaned my pc by using a toothbrush to wipe off the dust on the fans. It was still working fine but a few days later my pc started to power off randomly. I ran a few test and whenever on cinevench2024 I do a test with multicore my pc does the samething and crashes. My pc specks are as followed:11th Gen Intel® Core i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz16.0 GB Ram (2x 8 GB sticks)AMD Radeon RX 6600Cruc
