Windows Command Processor takes 2gb of RAM everytime my pc is on

I - for whatever reason - feel like it should not do that....I tried following the steps that were recommended from a previous question, exactly like mine, but I don't know how to analyze the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool results. That being said, I did scan my pc anyway, the results are here: MediaFire help I don't want viruses...(I couldn't add a printscreen to the post, so I bundled it up with the FRST Results. Still, the Windows Command Processor is consistently taking up 2081mb of my ram)
