Sound turned into scratchy noises

The sound of my laptop turn scratchy as in when a noise is suppose to play a

scratch noise plays instead.this happened after rebooting from a system error

from a game.

It's a good possibility that the game may have corrupted a file or driver for

your audio device. Either uninstall/reinstall your audio device in Device

Manager or get updated drivers from the laptop, audio device or motherboard

manufacturers support site and install them per their instructions.
