Windows 11 In-Place Upgrade Removed Task Bar and Settings - CMD commands Won't Initiate Installs

I was having immense issues with a separate problem, so I got tired of nothing working and just decided to reinstall Windows 11. I followed: these instructions, and after the fact, things just stopped working.:-Search in Task Bar is unresponsive.-Windows in Task Bar is unresponsive.-Unable to recognize audio jack unless pc is restarted with it plugged in.-There are no settings. (The command to reinstall didn't work)-Windows Update Troubleshooter can't recognize anything.-Modern Media Player doesn't work, but somehow the legacy one does.The "SearchUI" task doesn't even exist.Please get back to
