What is the URI of phone link application

Hi, I am trying to build a software using the system component "phone link" which allows me to make a phone call on PC. My purpose is to open the app "phone link" though a button. I find out that I can use URI like "ms-appx://" to open a UWP programmer. However I can't find the right URI for "phone link". Can anybody help me with this problem. I would be gratful if I can get anyhelp!
