Transfer digital license to a new laptop which already have an OEM license

Hello! I recently bought a new laptop for me, and it came with a Windows 11 Home Single Language OEM key already linked to it, as it should, but I have a desktop which I will not use anymore, and it has a Windows 10 Pro digital license on it. I want to transfer said digital license to my new laptop, but I'm confused as to what I should do in order to do that, since it doesn't open the Activation Troubleshooting screen as it already has a valid license. How should I proceed?Thanks in advance!
