svchost.exe using 4gb's of my Memory every time i run games

Everytime i play games svchost.exe starts and it uses so 4gb's memory and also affects my GPU VRAM like in cod i can see it fills my meter in settings and if i end task it gets fixed but it runs again itself on repeat and my pc can't even render details on maps in zombies or multiplayer.this 'app' was not always there and i can't find a solution to this..Ive tried to clean install my GPU driver and scan my computer with antivirus and nothingchanged
