Internet speed is shockingly bad but only on pc

Hi, I'm really struggling with my pc at the moment as the internet speed (I use ethernet and don't have the option for wireless connection) is so slow that something like simply watching a youtube video is difficult. This has only recently became a problem as a couple weeks ago, before this started, I could play games such as fortnite or valorant with no lag. I have tried updating new drivers, resetting my router numerous times and tried looking up lots of different solutions but I can't figure out how to fix this. For reference using fast.com it gave me a speed of 1.3 mbps on my PC while my p
