windows 10 File Explorer problem

Hello, my most daily task is editing and checking a lot of multimedia files; most of them are audio files, but my Windows Explorer, after checking a few files, is getting frozen and dumped. Every task that I opened is working normally, only the taskbar and the "windows" are frozen, and I can't Alt+Tab to switch to another app. I can't delete the dump file, it's always stuck. I've tried to restart, but it's still the same after checking a few files. I need another way to fix or restart ALL THE FILE EXPLORER because I've tried every way that I can find on the internet, even killing it with Termi
