Windows Home is legal to use as Windows2Go installation connected only and exclusively to one machine?

Hello dear MS community ! I have a computer whose BIOS contains a Windows 10 Home license key. The internal drive has another operating system installed. Can I legally use this Windows Home installed on an external USB in the form of a WIndows2Go installation if it is connected only to this one computer?(...In the European Union) ?
