windows 11 Washed out laptop screen and unsupported graphics card

Several days ago, I tried clicking the armory crate button on my Asus tuf f15 laptop, I was asked to download it from asus website. After downloading and installing armory crate, I clicked again the armory crate button on my keyboard and the page popped up. All settings that armory crate should have were right there. I started learning them one by one, and even trying if necessary. Then I subconsciously or consciously changed some random settings which I think was gpu performance settings (like ultimate, standard, eco mode, optimized). After changing them to one of them, then my screen washed
