Bitlock password and key are lost, how to reset the computer to factory settings?

Hello! Bitlocker is enabled in Windows 11, the password and key are lost, there is no important data on the C drive, I tried to use "Reset this PC" but apparently Bitlocker prohibits this. Please help, how to reset the computer to factory settings if you do not reinstall Windows using a flash drive?
