How do I relocate my system partition to a different disk?

I am attempting to update to Windows 11 but I am having trouble activating my secure boot drive. I believe it is related to my system partition not being on the same disk and my Boot disk which is stopping me from converting from MBR to GBT. I am not concerned with data loss, I just want to update to Windows 11 before security updates stop rolling out.Thanks
