If you have this issue where you use your scroll wheel but it keeps scrolling up and down at random and it seems like your mouse wheel is getting faulty, even after you have changed the change mouse scroll wheel direction within windows 11 settings, I found this totally fixes the issue :Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\HID\. Look for the device ID for your mouse. It will be something like VID_XXXX&PID_XXXX. Click on the Device Parameters folder Double click Vscrollhighresolutiondisable change the 0 to 1 and do the same in HscrollhighresolutiondisableThis fixe
