windows 10 my Lenovo laptop is asking for the BitLocker key, I never even heard about that key up until I got locked out. How would I be able to access my laptop

my Lenovo laptop is asking for the BitLocker key, I bought it from Best buy open box in 2021. I never even heard about that key up until I got locked out. How would I be able to access my laptop without losing the data. I have got into the Microsoft account but could not find the BitLocker key as it says "No keys found"
