After Flashing BIOS, I enabled Secure Boot so I can update to Windows 11, and now my PC is stuck in a Boot loop, where I cannot access BIOS or Windows

I have a Gigabyte B460m Aorus Pro, (The other components are: Intel i5-10400F, 2 Sticks of 8GB Kingston Fury RAM, a GTX 1650, I can't remember the PSU.) and I haven't updated the BIOS until I got it. I finally decided to, and after updating from F4 to F8 directly. It opened BIOS perfectly fine, I enabled secure boot then Saved and Exited. Now the PC is stuck in a Boot loop where the POST test cycles between VGA, CPU then DRAM before going back to VGA, never making it to the boot process. It never shows up on screen, I don't have the option to go to BIOS, nevermind getting into Windows 10. So f
