How do I recover from MBRtoGPT.exe on MS Win10?

To Microsoft: I followed the steps in the procedure for MBR2GPT.exe. It returned a message that said "Conversion completed successfully.Now, when I attempt to boot, the PC whistles at me from a black screen. This is a serious error.The procedure is a method to convert from MBR style partitions to GPT partitions."GPT installation must be based on UEFI...."But now, I cannot even boot to my PC to finish the conversion to UEFI so I can covert to GPT.Looks like a "chicken and egg" problem.Please provide instructions on how to recover from this mess that I am now in.
