BSOD DURING 24H2 UPDATE

Hi, during 24H2 update at preparing stage 75% i get BSOD that says "PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA". I tried multiple of solutions, i checked RAM, chkdsk, sfc /scannow, Restore Health, etc. Even i tried turning off Windows Defender and restarting page file. Also i tried in-place installation, installing in clean boot mode, updating drivers. Nothing helped. When i was trying to update by windows update i only got 0xC1900101 error but when i tried to do so with assistant it says me 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 SECOND BOOT ERROR.
