Phone Link Notification Banners Not Showing

I've used Phone Link for ages, dating all the way back to when I obtained my first computer; however, I have never encountered this problem before. You see, when I get notifications on my iPhone, I don't get any notification banners on my PC. When I go into the Phone Link app, it shows the notifications I got. Moreover, when I keep Phone Link open (on-my-taskbar open), it actually does display notification banners. When it's in my system tray, though, it does not. I removed and readded my phone countless times, and I repaired and reset Phone Link many times as well. Nothing seems to fix this i
