windows 10 Error code 0xc0000098

When I turned my pc on I’m getting the error code 0xc0000098 it gives me 2 options F1 to enter recovery environment or press esc for UEFI Firmware settings. When I click F1 it entered recovery mode and says error code 0xc0000225. I’ve downloaded the windows boot onto a USB and then booted through there and tried many commands in the command prompt I also don’t have a startup point. I’ve also tried installing windows with my files agains but it says it must be done through the orginal windows boot. I then gave up and tried to start fresh and install windows but it won’t download on my ssd or Hd
