I recently bought a windows 10 product key and tried to use it (I am using windows 8.1 by the way) but could not open Media Creation Tool properly and I instead see "We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000" I have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 hours and I have tried things like a clean boot and achieved little to no progress. I really need to fix this or I will have wasted $35.
