windows 11 Remove a phone from "phone connection" but I no longer have the phone available

I am asking the forum because I have not found a solution to the problem on the Microsoft website. In my phone connection account I have a smartphone that was stolen and that I would like to delete, I obviously do not have access to the smartphone and therefore I cannot follow the procedure indicated by Microsoft to delete it. I tried to access my account but I did not find this possibility and from Windows it does not give me the possibility to do so. Do you have any solutions? Thanks
