24H Update- problems with Outlook (classic) and Logi Mouse

After 24H2 update I cannot change events hour or date through drop-down menus in Outlook (classic)I also cannot change beginning hour or end our to new events during vreation.You can insted drag by the mouse the events from one date to another but once done you cannot again chanche the time of the event using drop down menus.This happens after having updated Windows to the latest 24H2 version with latest updates available. (build SO 26100.2454)Also Office 365 is updated to latest version availabele (Versione 2411 Build 16.0.18227.20082) 64 bitAfter 24H2 update I'm also experiencing some with
