How can i fix this and what will happen if i install it?

This morning I start my computer and it wants to install Windows 10 for me, although I already had Windows 11 installed on my computer before, when I close the Windows installer, it takes me to the loading screen where I can open the BIOS and again takes me to the Windows bootloader. Also, all my files were in place when I opened the folders through the console
