Fast Startup Failure - prefetch permission error

There is an error that the folder "prefetch" [You don't have permission to access folder]1.I gave continue and it'll be fine working... but whenever some time [4-5hrs] shutdown the permission got revertedIMAGE REF -1Whenever the windows startup (restart/shutdown) after some time the permission got released2.Due to this the windows fast startup is not working properly (failed) due to permission errorIMAGE REF -2(I can't able to upload screenshot here)-----------------------------Already done:1.Freshly installed windows 2.Updated windows upto-date3.Updated all the drivers4.Used DISM health rest
