my windows update Windows 11, version 24H2 always stuck at 90% while downloading

hey guys .. this is the 7th time I tried to download this latest update that my Windows uptade program notified me to make and it always failing with different reasons 1st time it took like forever to download and when it reached 100% it said an error 2nd time stucks at 0%3rd time finally it's downloaded without problems and warned me it will take much time installing as it's a major update and after restarting the windows said the update has failed installingall the remaining times now the update is always stuck at 90% even for 6 hours without a millimeter of progress is there anything I can
