How to disconnect my wife's Microsoft account from my user account?

I don't know how or why her account is now assigned to my user account, but I don't want it on my computer at all, and Windows will NOT let me remove it. I've been at this for two hours now, and I haven't found the answer anywhere. I have Microsoft accounts on my computer. 2 of them are mine. 1 of them is hers. I can remove both of mine, but I can't remove hers. Can someone please tell me how to remove it!?
