when I turned on pc on and happens a lot either the monitor doesn't boot on sometimes I press control+shift+windows+B and it does sometimes it doesn't also sometimes the keyboard and mouse power I notice go off example I booted my PC up and the keyboard mouse didn't work in my expansion USB card slow so I plugged it in the motherboard it worked... then I went to event viewer and found errors(error)Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4. at 4:48 which was when I booted the PC(error)The previous system shutdown at 4:41
