How Do I Fix SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD?

Hello everybody,while I was trying to figure out why my system has been randomly freezing, I got a Blue Screen Of Death while searching the web on Chrome. I'm hoping that my system freezes (99% of the time without a BSOD) is the cause of this. My system's WiFi was acting a little slow, so I restarted my system's WiFi with the Troubleshooter, and then maybe like 15 seconds later, boom!
